1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gh99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the gh99 platform accessible at gh99.io, an internationally operated online gaming entity.
• "Platform" means the gh99 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming and betting services made available through gh99.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.

References to a "clause" or "section" are to the corresponding numbered section of these Terms & Conditions. Headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the gh99 Platform — including browsing the site as a non-registered visitor, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with gh99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or at another person's direction, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions, and that all references to "you" in this document apply equally to that person. gh99 accepts no liability for use of the Platform where a Player acts under instruction from a third party.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and gh99 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The gh99 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is an offence for any person under the age of 21 to register for, deposit to, or use the Platform in any capacity. gh99 takes underage gambling seriously and implements age verification controls as part of its KYC procedures. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is available to players in Bangladesh and in other jurisdictions where gh99 determines that access is permissible. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access and use of the Platform complies with applicable local law. gh99 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one Account with gh99. If you already hold an Account, you must not create a new one. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — will all be treated as duplicates. gh99 may close all such Accounts, forfeit any Balances and Bonus Funds therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information. When registering an Account, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your Account details up to date at all times. gh99 may request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

3.5 Account Approval. gh99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at gh99's sole and absolute discretion. A confirmed registration email does not constitute a guarantee that an Account will remain open — gh99 may subsequently review and close any Account at any time in accordance with these Terms.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gh99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.2 You must notify gh99 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Notification must be sent to the gh99 support team via the contact details provided in Section 17.

4.3 All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as your own. gh99 is not responsible for activity carried out by a third party who gains access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 gh99 may require you to complete additional verification steps before permitting access to your Account following unusual activity, failed login attempts, or account recovery requests. These steps are implemented for your protection and gh99 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary access restrictions applied for security purposes.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gh99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at gh99's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring that they use a payment method registered in their own name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the gh99 Platform is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). gh99 reserves the right to modify the minimum deposit amount at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are ordinarily credited to a Player's Account immediately upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. gh99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network issues on the part of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment partners.

5.4 Player-Owned Funds. All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is legally owned and operated by the Player. gh99 will not accept deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties. If gh99 determines that a deposit was made using a third-party payment method, the deposit will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the gh99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at a rate determined at gh99's discretion and the Player bears any foreign exchange costs associated with the transaction.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Verification. Before gh99 processes any withdrawal request, the Player must have completed the KYC identity verification process to gh99's satisfaction. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of the payment method used to make deposits. gh99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's deposit. gh99 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made via a specific payment method for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

6.3 Processing Times. gh99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the recipient payment service provider. gh99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made from real-money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirements are not available for withdrawal. gh99 reserves the right to apply checks to withdrawal requests — including balance source reviews — before approving payment. gh99 may withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any such review.

6.5 Suspected Fraud. If gh99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, gh99 may freeze the withdrawal pending investigation. Funds may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 gh99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each offer is governed by specific terms stated at the point of promotion, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit amount, time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount from bonus-derived winnings.

7.2 Players must opt in to any promotion in the manner specified by gh99 in order to receive the associated Bonus Funds. gh99 is not obligated to apply a bonus retroactively to a deposit that was made without the correct opt-in process being followed.

7.3 Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account separately from real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is used first when placing bets, unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise. Bonus Funds expire if the relevant Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

7.4 Bonuses are personal to the eligible Player and may not be transferred to another Account. Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple Accounts — or through any other mechanism designed to circumvent eligibility criteria — constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity under Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions.

7.5 gh99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification will not affect Bonus Funds that have already been credited to a Player's Account in accordance with the original offer terms.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets placed and games played on the gh99 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other specialty titles. These product-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting interface on the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. gh99 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed on events where a technical fault affected the odds or outcome, or placed in circumstances where gh99 determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised.

8.3 gh99 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual and slot game outcomes, and draws live casino content from internationally recognised providers including Ezugi and Evolution Gaming. All game outcomes are determined independently and gh99 does not influence game results in favour of or against any individual Player.

8.4 gh99 reserves the right to set and change minimum and maximum bet and stake limits at any time, for any game or market, without prior notice. Players are advised to check applicable limits within the relevant game or betting interface before placing a stake.

8.5 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or any other gaming matter, the data recorded in gh99's system logs will be the authoritative record. gh99's decision in respect of any such dispute, made following a fair review of system records, is final.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gh99 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. gh99 may also pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including layering, integration, or placement of proceeds from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds into withdrawable Balance without genuine game play.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate deposit with your payment provider in order to reclaim funds that have been used on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 gh99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. The Platform offers a range of self-management tools accessible from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain control of their gaming activity.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests will be honoured promptly by gh99. Once a self-exclusion is applied, gh99 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from accessing your Account for the duration of the exclusion period. gh99 is not liable if you circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new Account — if you identify a self-exclusion bypass, you must notify gh99's support team immediately.

10.3 gh99 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls — including deposit limits, wagering restrictions, or Account suspension — on any Player where gh99's team identifies indicators of problem gambling, even in the absence of a Player self-referral.

10.4 gh99 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and implements technical and procedural measures to prevent underage access to the Platform. Parents and guardians of minors are advised to use internet filtering tools to restrict access to online gaming sites.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the gh99 Platform — including but not limited to the gh99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and any other materials — is the property of gh99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not transfer any ownership interest in the Platform or its content to you.

11.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the gh99 Platform for any commercial purpose without gh99's express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of gh99's intellectual property will constitute an infringement of gh99's rights and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The gh99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gh99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gh99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Technical errors, server outages, software malfunctions, or network connectivity failures;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Loss of winnings arising from a game outcome that is subsequently voided under these Terms & Conditions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude gh99's liability for any matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.4 gh99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of real-money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 gh99 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and agree to gh99's Privacy Policy.

13.2 gh99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between Players and the Platform. gh99 does not store plain-text passwords and uses one-way cryptographic hashing for all credential storage. gh99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.3 gh99 may share Player data with third parties where required by applicable law, where necessary to process payments, or where required to fulfil identity verification obligations. All data sharing arrangements are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 gh99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly to remain informed of any changes.

14.2 Where gh99 considers a change to be material — particularly a change that significantly affects Player rights or obligations — gh99 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered to the Player's Account. However, gh99 is not obligated to provide individual notice of every amendment.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Balance in accordance with Section 6.

15 Suspension and Termination

15.1 gh99 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or for any other reason consistent with the responsible and lawful operation of the Platform.

15.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting gh99 support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that no outstanding KYC requirements or withdrawal holds are in place. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable bonus terms expressly state otherwise.

15.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, gh99 reserves the right to forfeit the Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. gh99 will provide a written explanation of the reason for closure upon written request from the affected Player, except in circumstances where doing so would compromise an active fraud or compliance investigation.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gh99's operating jurisdiction as an internationally hosted platform.

16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and gh99 regarding any aspect of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you must first contact gh99's support team in writing and allow gh99 a reasonable period of no less than 30 calendar days to attempt resolution. gh99 will respond to all formal disputes in writing within that period.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before commencing any court proceedings, except where either party seeks emergency injunctive relief. The place, language, and procedural rules of any arbitration shall be determined by gh99 acting reasonably.

16.4 Nothing in this Section prevents Players in Bangladesh from exercising any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Bangladeshi law.
